It’s the All-Star Break first half season review.
First things first. Mets get a split with the Marlins in a four game series that includes the end (oh lord I hope) of Jose Lima’s stints with the Mets and the successful debut of Mets top pitching prospect Mike Pelfrey.
On to the 1st half recap. I’m not going to rate the Mets since I think the team and players deserve an A for having the best record in the National League and a 12 game lead in the division.
