Keep The Faith And Please Vote
The Mets bats were anemic last night. We get a good outing from Orlando Hernandez but only manage one hit. And we now have a four game losing streak. These are the dog days of summer folks.
With Delgado and Nady missing time with nagging injuries, plus LoDuca hurting a bit, the Mets lineup isn’t the same. So just as we get Floyd back things need to get mixed up again. The bright side of me says that better we have this tough stretch now than in Sept or Oct. Plus we’ve got two more games to kick the Yankees butts!
The dark side says I hate losing to the Yanks no matter what the circumstances. Either way I’ll try to record the next podcast later today after the game.
